Thank you for choosing Meal Prep In A Jar By Whitney. Our goal is to provide you with
fresh, wholesome, and convenient meals.
To ensure the best experience, please read the following disclaimers and policies carefully.
1. Freshness Guarantee & Timely Pick-Up
All of our meals and cold-pressed juices are made fresh to order with no preservatives.
Because of this:
- Orders must be picked up on the scheduled pick-up day (either Wednesday or Sunday
depending on your order date).
- We cannot guarantee freshness or food safety beyond the scheduled pick-up window.
- Any orders not picked up by the end of the designated pick-up day will be discarded to
maintain our quality and safety standards.
- No refunds or credits will be issued for unclaimed orders.
2. Refrigeration & Shelf Life
- Meals should be refrigerated immediately after pick-up or delivery.
- Cold-pressed juices and salads are best consumed within 3–5 days.
- Other meal preps may vary slightly, but we recommend consuming all items within 5 days
for optimal freshness and safety.
- We are not responsible for any spoilage due to improper storage after the product has left
our possession.
3. Allergens & Dietary Restrictions
- Our facility handles common allergens such as nuts, dairy, eggs, soy, gluten, and shellfish.
- While we take precautions to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee allergen-
free products.
- It is the customer's responsibility to communicate any dietary restrictions or allergies
prior to ordering.
4. Custom Orders & Final Confirmation
- For custom orders, please ensure that all preferences and selections are confirmed before
the preparation process begins.
- Once an order is confirmed, no changes can be made.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving their custom order details.
5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.
- We do not accept returns or provide refunds for products once they have been picked up
or delivered.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the order deadline to be eligible for a
credit toward a future order.
6. Delivery Policy
- If you selected delivery at checkout, please ensure someone is available to receive the
order.
- We are not responsible for spoilage due to missed or delayed deliveries caused by
incorrect addresses or unavailability.
